Nalani Maria was born July 25, 12:19pm. We went in 7pm the previous night to start the induction and by 6am was having full blown contractions and lots of pain. Thankfully, the epidural was fabulous again and I was complete by 9am. Unfortunately, Nalani had a difficult time turning into position and pushing took its toll on me. I was dehydrated and completely worn out and only by the grace of God did this baby come out!! Truly!
Nalani Maria- Hawaiian for 'serenity of the skies' (we really have no Hawaii ties, but just liked the name.
